We love all our customers!

The goal is that no customer leaves unhappy! It has been lovely to receive cards, thank you notes and phone calls about work that has gone out. For this reason there are now customer feedback sections.

The customer feedback sections are for customers who have bought a range of different products. Please feel free to add a comment if you have purchased a gift from the shop.

 We find that referrals are the strongest form of advertising. It is lovely that over half of the customers coming into the shop have been referred or have seen a bouquet and wanted one for themselves.

There will be various displays popping up around Bournemouth with Richmond Classics, Headquarters, Smashin and Brooklands Hotel to name but a few. There will be other shops and venues that have some Lauraflora work in them in the future.
